Fun year, so far.Art Attack is done, and school is near a close. Art Attack
was a lot of fun this year, thanks for visiting. My new work, inspired by my new baby girl Riley were especially important
to show. I've always tried to communicate with my work on a primary or youthful level. The new work is a little bit a
of a twist as I reflect on what Riley will experience as she grows through the stages of life - as opposed to my own personal
memories. For me I loved the playground and not much else, I am fond of the sound of laughter, screaming at times, yelling
all melded into one joyful choir of fun. My new work tries to capture this feeling. I
am also currently pursuing a degree in art direction in visual communications at the University of Minnesota, it's through
their PIL program. I love graphic design and what I have learned so far in the business. I'd like to move to a place of
influence and beyond production of design. The philosophy of my paintings will be a large influence as I go on this journey. Riley Annamae was born on October 23rd. 7lbs 8oz and she is doing great.
